Chevy Chase Trust participates in Catholic Charities Foundation’s Annual Golf Classic

On September 28, 2015, Chevy Chase Trust proudly participated in Catholic Charities Foundation’s Annual Golf Classic. Proceeds from the Golf Classic support the operation of Catholic Charities’ 65 programs including housing and shelter, medical care, education for the intellectually and physically disabled, employment programs, and more. In the previous year, more than 120,000 men, women and children were helped through these programs, which give help and hope to families facing challenging futures.

One of Chevy Chase Trust’s Senior Advisors, Tom Cholis, participated in the Golf Classic. “It was a fun afternoon,” Cholis recalled. “I was happy to support the work of Catholic Charities.”

The outing included lunch and a competitive round of golf on the TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm course, followed by a cocktail reception, dinner, awards presentation, and raffle.
