Crystal serves as a Trust Officer supporting the Client Services team. She has over eight years of customer service experience. Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Crystal worked as an Operations Support Technician at The Cheesecake Factory handling payroll, cash balancing, and a variety of other administrative duties.
