Chevy Chase Trust will provide Internet access through Chevy Chase Trust Online (CCT Online) to the undersigned, (the registered client or a representative designated by the registered client), for the viewing, retrieval, or other use of Account information. The following terms and conditions shall apply:

1. In the event the undersigned provides access to any person or entity engaged in the business of providing information aggregation services, screen-scraping services, information consolidation services, or information redistribution services by means of the internet for the purpose of aggregating or consolidating information from more than one website, Chevy Chase Trust shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or expenses which may result on account thereof;

2. Chevy Chase Trust is not responsible for the content of any site owned by a third party that may be linked to the CCT Online website via hyperlink. No warranty is made regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of such content, and Chevy Chase Trust shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses that may result from the use of such content;

3. Access may be restricted, at the sole option of Chevy Chase Trust, to data, reports and time of day as may, in the opinion of Chevy Chase Trust, be necessary to ensure the proper and efficient performance of CCT Online; and

4. Chevy Chase Trust intends that the information provided by means of Internet access be accurate; however, errors sometime occur. Chevy Chase Trust does not warrant that the information and functions contained in CCT Online or in its website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Chevy Chase Trust shall make its best efforts to limit any intended or unintended interruption of service and correct errors.
